This white limestone-cement render is a final coat for brushing onto cement and limestone bound substrates in outdoor areas. It is suitable for use on historically valuable plaster surfaces.
The substrate must be clean, dry and of adequate load-bearing capacity. Prior treatment with Fixit 475 Primer for mineral-based final renderings is recommended.

The ABZ cooperative apartment buildings on Hochstrasse in Zurich Fluntern, built by Otto Streicher in 1926, were last extensively renovated in the mid-1970s. The aim was to preserve the external appearance and the internal spatial structure in their essence. Therefore, it was decided to apply an aerogel high-performance insulation plaster Fixit 222 to the façades, while retaining the existing jambs. Foto: Markus Frietsch
