The façade was newly coated with a layer of Fixit 222 High Performance Insulating Render. The existing render was removed only in the area of reveals and lintels to provide thermal insulation. In addition the concrete window-sills were replaced with insulated Dosteba elements.
This object was insulated on the inside with 100 mm Fixit 222 high-performance thermal insulation plaster. In the basement, the exterior walls were renovated on the inside with Fixit 210 Hydroment. The facade was fully embedded with Fixit 462 and plastered with Fixit203 plaster with hydraulic lime.
